The Hub maintains a clearly defined governance structure that ensures accountability, research integrity, transparent decision-making, and alignment with the mission and long-term strategy of the organization.

Serves as the legal governing body responsible for fiduciary oversight, compliance with nonprofit requirements, and protection of the Hub’s mission. The Board sets strategic priorities, approves major initiatives and budgets, and ensures responsible stewardship of resources and organizational direction.
