A Personal Note

All the frameworks in the world mean nothing if we cannot measure what is actually happening on the ground.

Our Pilot Studies and Research program exists to do exactly that. Measuring AI health literacy is at the heart of this work, who actually understands how an algorithm makes a recommendation, who can recognize when an AI output is wrong, who knows their data rights.

These are not abstract questions. They have direct consequences for patient safety and equity.

But evidence alone is not enough if it ignores context. Every survey we design is tailored to the specific needs of the community or institution it serves because the questions that matter in one region are not always the questions that matter in another.

We are building this evidence base one study at a time, in partnership with the people who need it most.
